Just kidding. But these things are probably the reason this legend exists. It's called a hairless raccoon. And I guess they've been around forever? I've just never seen one. And thank goodness because I probably would have soiled myself.

So the next time you see one, and you probably have\will since they've been around forever, but anyway, stay calm, it's not a mangy dog about to eat you. It's just a shaved raccoon doing raccoon things. No wait. It was born this way.
