358. The energizer bunny. And man. I meant man.
This battery guy has been around my entire life for the most part. I don't remember seeing him.
Then again, most things in life don't interest me, and if I had seen him I probably wouldn't remember anyways. Especially a bad idea such as this; my mind could have got into auto-pilot and dumped him from the encyclopedia.
Unfortunately I have yet to meet one person who does remember this thing.
It was always the bunny. I would've noticed the battery guy. He didn't exist before. Did you have a near death experience? You may have shifted realities. I remember Hershey bars saying Hershey on them, not Hershey's. And Krunch bars had a K not a C. So when a copycat bar came out it was Krackel.
ReplyDeleteCatcher in the Rye now has "The" before the title, while the well-known duet The Carpenters dropped their "The".
I crossed over in Nov. 2017, how about you?
Actually in 2008 I was on life support for a time. As far as I know I had died. But I didn't notice any of this until around... gosh. 2015?2016?
ReplyDeleteI remember the battery man growing up! I never knew about the bunny until I moved from Malaysia to the US.

DeleteThis link explains it for me, the bunny is the mascot used in North America whereas the battery guy (Mr. Energizer) is used in Asia and Europe.
